Development Description
Yucatan Greens in the Yucatan region of Mexico will be a development of a selfcontained community constructed around 27 holes of five star premier golf designed by John Jacobs, world leader in golf instruction. Constructed over 5km the development will be the size of a small town with all the amenities including a five star hotel managed by a prestigious international chain, medical facilities, shops, a town square, church, guest lodge and recreational facilities such as a private beach club. The club will arrange all your water based activities and will provide all equipment such as snorkels, flippers, sun beds, hammocks, sunshades, towels, floating aids, even buckets and spades for the kids.
The resort will be situated only 4km from white sandy beaches of the Mexican Gulf, with plots sizes of 600m2. The plots will be distributed strictly on a first come first served basis and will all have views of either the golf courses (18 hole and 9 hole) or the surrounding lakes.
