Cancun has to be on everybody’s Christmas list. The showcase resort of Mexico has everything and then some. The spectacular, long beaches, blessed with powdery white Caribbean sand, vie with arguably even more spectacular hotel architecture, designed to reflect the monumental past. Everyone agrees it’s a great place to be, and more thoughtful visitors may reflect that the volleyball on the beach echoes the ludic achievements of the ancient Mayan version of football.
The most profitable investment in Cancun is, naturally, luxury beachfront constructions and businesses. This is, after all, the prime tourist destination in Mexico and the eighth in the world. However, after thirty years of growth in terms of tourism, there is a resurgence of residential opportunities, with new developments and luxury condominiums springing up in the hottest spot in Latin America.
